Return & Refund Policy
At Kim & Mish, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Procedure for Returns
1. Return Window
- You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. Any request after that period will not be entertained.
- Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged products.
- Email us at care@kimicrew.com with your order number and pictures of the defective product.
2. Pick Up
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a doorstep pickup.
- Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received before handing it over to the pickup agent.
3. Initiating Refund
- Refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed to your bank account.
- You will receive the refund within 7 business days from the date of initiation.
