At Kim & Mish, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read and understand our return policy.

Procedure for Returns & Exchange
We know kids grow fast — and sometimes sizes play hide and seek!
· Free Exchange/Return within 7 days for size issues — we’ll pick it up right from your doorstep.
. Approved Exchange product will be delivered within 7 days
· Please check our Size Guide before ordering to avoid exchanges.
· To request an exchange, call us at +91 7977288270 or email care@kimicrew.com with your order number and reason.
· If you’d prefer not to exchange, we’ll issue a Voucher equal to the product value — redeemable anytime on your next purchase. (No refunds available in this case.)
· Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact — otherwise, pickups won’t be possible.
· Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes quality check at our warehouse.
· A second-time exchange will incur a ₹150 fee.
· For any missing items, please share an unboxing video so we can help you quickly.

1. Return Window
Refunds are only applicable in specific cases:
· If a wrong item was delivered.
· If size 5–6 years doesn’t fit your child and the next size (6–7 years) isn’t available.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 7–10 days (bank timelines may vary). Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.

2. Pick Up
· We will arrange a doorstep pickup, once your return request is approved,
· Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received before handing it over to the pickup agent.

3. Initiating Refund
Refunds are only applicable in specific cases:
· If a wrong item was delivered.
· If size 5–6 years doesn’t fit your child and the next size (6–7 years) isn’t available
· Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive the refund within 7 business days from the date of initiation.
· Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.
